We Know Data

We have over 25 years experience with helping Professional Services firms, turn their data entry into a true CRM strategy. Turn your data into a valuable tool no matter where you are in the implementation process.

Successful Data = Successful Clients

Our aim is to support firms that have implemented CRM systems, but are not realising their return on investment, or to help our clients who are just starting out with a client relationship initiative by providing system evaluation and selection services.

Is GDPR over now?

No of course not! Although everyone has been working hard over the last two years towards GDPR compliance, the 25th May 2018 (as the Information Commissioner, Elizabeth Denham, says below) marked – not an endpoint – but a new beginning for data protection and increased rights for individuals concerning their personally identifiable data. Our diligence and hard work must not falter now the deadline has passed.

Our checklists (below) were designed to give you a monthly breakdown of the various tasks you might want to address in order to work towards compliance. These checklists are still a helpful guide for your continuing GDPR work. If you are looking for help and guidance on managing your day to day data, then check out our data scoring, auditing, and archiving tools, or drop us a line and we will be in touch!

“The creation of the Data Protection Act 2018 is not an end point, it’s just the beginning, in the same way that preparations for the GDPR don’t end on 25 May 2018. From this date, we’ll be enforcing the GDPR and the new Act but we all know that effective data protection requires clear evidence of commitment and ongoing effort.

It’s an evolutionary process for organisations –no business, industry sector or technology stands still. Organisations must continue to identify and address emerging privacy and security risks in the weeks, months and years beyond 2018.” Elizabeth Denham
