Donna is our UK Project and Client Relationship Manager, assisting clients in getting the most out of their investment in CRM. Her career in legal technology spans nearly 20 years and she specialises in CRM and marketing automation systems but is also experienced in time-recording and document management. Over the years she has helped firms prepare business cases for CRM projects, and worked as the lead consultant and project manager on a number of CRM and emarketing projects worldwide. She has worked with firms ranging from the small, boutique style firms to large international companies in the legal and finance sectors
I am passionate about horses and a spare hour or two is often spent either riding around the local woods or working on my technique in the riding school.
I spent 3 months as a volunteer working with a lion conservation program in Zimbabwe where I worked hands on with lions in the wild every day to familiarise them with their natural environment.
Now and then I like to pick up a pair of knitting needles and create something woolly (I’m currently working on a hat!). Usually my cats like to lie across me while I do this which can be a challenge.
During my career I have been involved at the earliest stages of helping a client decide which CRM system best meets their requirements. This includes presenting the solution to the firm’s partners to gain their buy-in, and then later on defining the clients in depth requirements and helping to manage their expectations all through the project lifecycle. It is always exciting and rewarding to see the firm start to benefit from their investment
