Dawn began her career with Shamrock Marketing as a researcher in 2001, and soon progressed to be Head of Telemarketing, until finally being promoted to the previous role of Data Services Deputy Manager at Tikit Ltd. She also undertook the role of the Training & Development Database Manager at this time, which included all database housework maintenance using InterAction, liaising with the Client, and DCM Tickets when generated. Dawn joined us in 2013 working with key clients as a CRM and Data Specialist, with a focus on InterAction.

Dawn has the ability to seamlessly manage data across many client database, but her favorite is a long standing commitment to one IA database with daily tasks and key actions. This project has allowed Dawn to watch the data process progress from the initial data audit, clean-up and deduplication, to changing DCM management settings and FDA rules for more leniency in the data. The final outcome, daily tasks to ensure top tiered data is highly managed for a firm who understands the outputs and benefits IA data can bring.
