As more and more firms consider their options when it comes to CRM technology there is an increasing need to be able to measure how the firm is performing and if it is achieving its objectives. This is particularly true when firms are having to decide to stay with their existing CRM provider or to move to a new platform and invest in new technology.
For a number of years Stanton Allen have provided tools for a range of CRM platforms to “score” the quality of our clients’ data. This has looked at the importance of companies and contacts, the level of engagement of clients and targets and the overall data quality. SA Auditorium—a new product—will allow firms who use our suite of existing scoring applications to submit the results of their data scoring for benchmarking. An automated script will extract the results of the scoring automatically which is then submitted securely each month to be consolidated with the firm’s own data from previous months
Ongoing progress comparison against previous results across KPIs, including System Usage, Data Completeness, Marketing & Segmentation and Data Quality. Tailor these KPIs to request specific data point analysis and measure their CRM programmes.
To enable the firm to determine if the initiatives that they are undertaking are achieving the desired results, a comparison with other Auditorium clients across a range of industry standard data points.
